Oral Surgery
When we talk about oral surgery, we are referring to those operations during which we remove impacted and semi-impacted wisdom teeth from the jawbone. Another type of operation is the increase of jaw volume due to atrophy or inflammation (intraosseous cysts) through the placement of bone grafts with or without the addition of PRF. (Platelet Rich Fibrin). This is a necessary procedure in order to place implants in thin bone.
