Dental Implants

εμφυτεύματα

Implants are metal structures made of titanium (a biocompatible to bone material) which are placed in the jaws in the positions of removed teeth. These can be placed either on the day of tooth extraction (immediate implantation), or at a later time after the extraction wound has healed.(delayed implantation) In most cases 3 months later, the implants integrate into the jawbone, and then we proceed with the placement of the ceramic screw-retained tooth.
